Terms and Conditions of N1Hype Fighting Federation in Australia

Introduction

The N1Hype Fighting Federation Australia provides services related to mixed martial arts promotions and events to consumers. This document describes the terms and conditions governing the use of N1Hype’s services. By purchasing tickets to, attending, or participating in any N1Hype events, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

Purchases and Payments

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges, except as required by applicable Australian consumer laws. All quoted prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must be received in full before tickets are released. N1Hype platform accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer. A 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Invoice payments must be received within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. Unpaid invoices will result in tickets being released back to general availability.

Event Attendance

Admittance to any N1 Hype event is by valid ticket only. Tickets are non-transferable. Attempted resale or scalping of tickets may result in cancellation without compensation. All attendees must comply with directions from event staff and other authorities. N1Hype may deny entry or eject without refund any attendee who violates the terms herein or whose conduct is disorderly or disruptive.

Event participants must attend all required activities and appear at scheduled times. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or other penalties, as solely determined by the official N1Hype Contest Committee. All bouts are organized at the discretion of N1 Hype management. Bout changes or cancellations may occur without notice or compensation.

Liability N1Hype accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury suffered at or related to any N1 Hype event by any person, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Attendees and participants assume all risks associated with attendance and participation. N1Hype’s maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the face value of the tickets purchased.

Indemnity

All attendees and participants agree to fully release, indemnify and hold harmless N1Hype and all its personnel from and against any liabilities related to attendance or participation at any N1Hype online event.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials, including livestreams, broadcasts, videos, graphics, trademarks, logos, analytics and statistics, are the exclusive property of N1 Hype or its content partners. No reproduction, recording or reuse in any form is permitted without express prior written consent from us.

Privacy

N1Hype Federation respects attendee and participant privacy. Our full privacy policy is available at [URL]. We may collect personal information necessary for administering purchases and events. We do not sell attendee data or share it except with necessary service providers related to the event.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims against N1Hype organization must be brought within 6 months of the relevant event. Disputes will be handled under the laws of New South Wales, Australia, before courts located in Sydney. Mediation services in Sydney may be used if both parties agree.

Changes

N1Hype may update these terms without notice. The current version will be available on our website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

The weight divisions in Table 1 apply to all professional bouts sanctioned by N1 Hype. Participants must make the contracted bout weight during official weigh-ins, per N1 Hype rules and regulations. Repeated weight misses may result in mandatory moves to higher weight classes.

Fighters placed on medical suspension by ringside physicians may not compete, spar or participate in contact training during the suspension term. Clearence by a medical doctor is required before returning to full participation after a suspension. Failure to comply may result in fines, extended suspensions or other diciplinary action.
